-Ensuring that People strategies, policies and processes are carried out, applied and adopted for the all departments of organization -Analyze and plan the recruitment needs of the departments -Executing the performance evaluation process of all organization and carrying out related reporting -Evaluating promotion and organizational changes within the career management processes of all employees -Conduct 1-to-1 meetings and exit interviews with employees, assess n11's engagement on a proactive, ongoing basis; identify and work to address disengagement issues early -Taking a significant role in implementing new People strategies aligned with departmental and organizational goals -Playing active role in the analysis and development of projects related to all People functions, especially talent management and employee engagement
-Source and engage with candidates across different channels; career platforms, referrals etc, -Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for tech & non-tech teams: sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, working closely with hiring managers and closing of candidates, -Follow up and coordinate full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc., -Proceed the offer process by following approval processes, giving the offer and negotiating employment terms, -Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, -Developing projects in order to improve efficiency, productivity and quality about Talent Acquisition processes, -Monitor and enhance TA analytics, -Creating, improving and analyzing of team's dashboards
• Preparing the contents of books and sets that enable children to learn by experimenting, • Supporting all stages up to the printing, • Involving the sales and marketing processes of the sets, • Playing an active role in the conversion of content into videos and supporting the editing process, • Controlling of every stage and updating changes • Taking a role with intensive initiative in all decision-making processes
