I consider myself a curious and dedicated person who always aims to learn new things. I have a strong academic background and international experiences which have given me the chance of becoming more confident and open-minded. Psychology studies have taught me to face challenging and complex situations always keeping in mind different contexts and points of view, being able to remain in touch with others through empathy to understand their needs and to improve their motivation!
- Trainings' design and implementation (on board for the team and the ones related to EU projects), - Mentoring, - Facilitator of group discussions and activities: organization of round tables, events and workshops mostly based on European Union values and priorities.
