Currently living in Bruxelles, where I'm working as Brand Manager at Henkel. After a Bachelor in Economics, I have graduated in a Double Degree Program: an MSc in Digital Management (MIBE) at the University of Pavia, my hometown, and an MSc in Management, with a Major in Business Intelligence at ESC Business School in Clermont Ferrand. I consider myself as a strong motivated person, who is ready to put all her efforts in order to achieve her ambitions and dreams, pursuing for enriching experiences both professionally and from the human standpoint. Also, I believe to be really empathetic and I think that strong relations are the winning elements of every business context.
Main activites: • Responsible of monitoring the Supply Chain KPIs and targets (Forecast Accuracy, Service and Inventory Level) through the analysis of the Sales Forecast results (Standard and promotional sales) • Working together with Marketing and Sales in order to plan the events, promotions and the new product launches in order to ensure optimal MOQs, Inventory Levels and Customer Satisfaction • Daily contact with the Global Supply Planning team to be informed about on time product availability, promptly recognizing Out of Stock situations and together strive for the optimal inventory levels • Identify the slow-moving articles & take actions to manage their life cycle and participate actively in S&OP process
