· Managing operations for producing and distributing RISCO technology to Europe & local markets · Leading the supply chain organization including planning, logistics & RMA, procurement, inventory · Production planning, working with engineering and R&D, adjusting the stock level to planned budget · Customer- Success, managing distributers, international and local business customers · Managing direct purchasing from manufacturers and finding alternative resources, managing costing process, negotiating for procurement costs · Managing a project for the establishment of billing system, implementing API technology in Priority ERP
· Managing the production plan for the factory which has more than 230 employees · Setting the company's policy for manufacturing and purchasing raw material · Managing the tactic procurement department, suppliers, subcontractors and 3rd party manufacturers · Preparing and implementing production plan in MRP environment
· Establishing workflows for planning, production planning & control and procurement · Meeting the delivery dates and constant improvement in the manufacturing process
· Managing the production floor of products assembly, including electronic & mechanical parts · Managing the warehouse while leading a constant improvement, building KPI's, working closely with the quality department
