During my undergraduate studies in Psychology, I organized seminars within the student union and conducted research in Human Resources and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Following my academic training, I established a private practice, where I provided counseling and psychotherapy services, building a strong foundation in understanding human behavior. Currently, I am working as a Human Resources Assistant in the IT sector, contributing to recruitment and talent management processes through a people centric and analytical approach. By leveraging tools such as SQL and Python, I support data driven HR practices and enhance the efficiency of recruitment, candidate tracking, and reporting workflows. As a results oriented professional with a strong understanding of strategic HR processes, I am committed to creating sustainable value in technology driven organizations.
Analyzing the Position and Defining Technical Requirements: To identify the necessary technical skills (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SQL) and experience levels required for roles such as software developers, system administrators, or data analysts. Preparing Technically Oriented Job Postings: To create clear and compelling job advertisements that include precise technical specifications and accurate role descriptions to attract qualified candidates. Sourcing and Researching Candidates: To conduct candidate searches through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, and to engage in proactive talent sourcing (headhunting) strategies.
-Deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions. -Plan and conduct individual psychotherapy sessions. -Perform psychological assessments and initial evaluations. -Set therapeutic goals based on clients’ specific needs. -Monitor therapy progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. -Assign appropriate homework and practical exercises between sessions. -Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapeutic relationship. -Document and report clients’ psychological progress and treatment outcomes. -Provide clients and their families with theoretical and practical guidance on emotions, thoughts, behaviors, relationships, stress management, and behavioral change.
