After working as a monetization machine learning engineer at YouTube and a data engineer on the Android team, I learned how essential business machine learning is for a digital platform's continuous growth and sustainable monetization. Still, only a handful of big tech companies have built and are running this type of large scale machine learning system. I founded Moloco to solve the problem. Moloco's vision is to make the digital economy more transparent, equitable and profitable by making advanced machine learning accessible to companies of all sizes. By doing that, we want to contribute to building a more distributed, diverse and privacy safe world. We are also dedicated to making the world a better place in many other creative ways. Through Moloco Love, we participate in charitable giving, volunteerism and community involvement, and internal education and discussion. This company-wide initiative was born out of caring and compassion for others as well as our corporate values.
