In my current role as Associate Account Executive in the Life Science and Technology practice at Conner Strong & Buckelew, I oversee daily account servicing activities for clients by providing direction and leadership to the account service team. This includes responding to program- and coverage-related inquiries and coordinating the seamless delivery of our full suite of services, such as claims consulting, surety, and risk control. I manage the placement of new and renewal business, utilizing market expertise to build tailored insurance programs and evaluate alternative risk structures. Additionally, by performing industry and program analytics, such as loss forecasting and benchmarking, I equip clients so they can make informed decisions regarding risk retention, risk transfer, and risk avoidance.
