To work as the Human Resources and Corporate Development Manager of the leading company in its sector. As a team, with the directors, leaders and employees of the units and units of the institution affiliated to this position; Human Resources (strategic, management with targets, performance management, employee satisfaction), Employee relations (personnel management, union relations, payroll and leave management, budget management), Organizational Development (training academy, career management, talent management, promotion and belonging development), Recruitment (selection and placement, organizational success plan, performance evaluation and compensation integrations), Administrative Affairs (management, coordination of the organization), Operational Excellence (TPM, process excellence) and HSE activities. To provide necessary and innovative coordination at all stages of the development processes, depending on the Senior Management. To attend the meetings of the Board of Directors and to make presentations.
-Managing overall HR functions; -Preparing and managing budget of HR operations; -Designing of HR programs and projects; - Managing the recruitment process and channels -Implementing and managing the Performance Management System and working for the enhancement of the system; - Managing the workforce structure (Planning and Implementation); -Building and developing Career Plan and Talent Management; -Conducting of the employer brand activities (Company presentations, seminars, contact for employees, etc.); -Managing compensation and benefits policies; -Managing employee relations in line with legal regulations; -Analyzing training needs in conjuction with line managers;planning and delivering training, including staff inductions; -Implementing HR policies and systems within the organization.
