Project Management Consultant (PMC) at Open Access Project Pertamina RU VII Kasim, Sorong, West Papua
* Oversees all projects under the external relations department, such as eco village development, road construction, airport construction (next project) and port construction (next project); * Review and evaluation all design documents DED, BoQ, technical specification and master schedule; * Verify and approved shop drawings, method statements, procedures, and other submissions; * Inspection & supervision of the correct execution of contractor/vendor activities in accordance with the approved drawings, technical specification, schedules, and prescribed rules and instructions; * Verify and ensure that the all method statements having Job Safety Analysis according to health, safety and environmental aspects from Contractor, subcontractors and vendors involved; * Ensure the quality testing from test requirements of the Project Execution Plan for concrete works and earth works; * Liaise with all Engineering and Construction staff for daily activities on site; * Ensure the weekly/monthly reports from consultant and contractor and verify the reports; * Monitor daily progress on site and report to Construction Superintendent / Construction Manager; * Organizing coordination meetings in the field regularly (weekly and monthly meeting); * Conduct a final inspection of project work and completion.
* Evaluation of the document's proposal all bidders (contractor); * Prepare the final bid evaluation, and provide advice to clients; * Liaise with Client and Jetty Coordinator to prepare all contract documents for the contractor; * Review and evaluation all design documents FEED and DED (Detail Engineering Design); * Verify shop drawings, method statements, procedures, and other submissions and provide final approvals or recommendations to the Client, as required; * Inspection & supervision of the correct execution of contractor/vendor activities in accordance with the approved drawings, technical specification, schedules, and prescribed rules and instructions; * Verify and ensure that the all method statements having Job Safety Analysis according to health, safety and environmental aspects from Contractor, subcontractors and vendors involved; * Ensure the quality testing from test requirements of the Project Execution Plan for concrete works and piling works; * Ensure contractors submit the daily/weekly/monthly reports and verify the reports; * Monitor daily progress on site and report to Jetty Coordinator; * Liaise with all Engineering and Construction staff for daily activities on site; * Organizing coordination meetings in the field regularly (weekly and monthly meeting); * Prepare regular reports (weekly and monthly) Management Consultant activities; * Provide recommendations to the client of the claims submitted by the implementing contractor; * Conduct a final inspection of project work and completion.
