Assurance of timely installation of mechanical equipment in accordance with quality requirements, control over compliance with design solutions, Russian norms in the course of construction and installation works (mechanical part of the steam boilers and other equipment): - coordination of contractors and their interaction, - organization of specific works, preparation and issuance of related documents, - control over proper installation, verification of the scope of construction and installation works issued for payment (KS-2) against the design and the physical volumes of actually completed works.
Control over installation of equipment, pipeline erection: - coordination interaction between contractors in order to assure compliance with the established deadlines; - organizing and implementing the acceptance of specific works subject to further acceptance and issuance of required documentation; - gumming of metal tanks; - effecting control over compliance with the technological process of erection, Russian normative technical documentation and project solutions, implementation of the resolutions and instructions of the state supervising authorities issued in the course of construction; -compliance of the estimated and project volumes with the invoiced physical volumes of construction and installation works; - issuance of the as-built and technical documentation as per the state Russian norms.
