Main impact: Technical leadership of the transformation of a graph-based (imperative) chatbot into an AI-based conversational one that provides a natural, free-flowing troubleshooting experience for users, resulting in a significant reduction of the chatbot’s key financial KPI. Responsibilities: Working on the development and enhancement of the Wix customer care chatbot, involving cross-business and cross-team interactions. - Technical leadership in researching and designing new LLM-based approaches to make chatbots more conversational, intelligent, and scalable in terms of knowledge and skills. - Testing state-of-the-art LLM-based methods and recently developed techniques (RAG, HNSW, CoT, prompt optimization, agent building) by applying them to the chatbot and validating them with real users and real use cases. - Overseeing the project’s future maintenance bottlenecks, analyzing technical trade-offs related to scaling, maintenance, success monitoring. - Was designing architecture and developing the graph-based chatbot, including performance optimizations, analyzing the chatbot’s content data structures, and improving heavily loaded runtime components using data-driven insights. - Fully owned the development of the back office and 3rd-party integrations of the chatbot platform. Main impact: Led the design and development an NLP platform for autonomous dataset management, model deployment, and hosting, providing a fully internal SaaS NLP solution for the company’s customers without relying on any third-party NLP providers. Responsibilities: - Took ownership of the NLU product within the OneReach.ai platform, defining long-term product goals, planning development processes, and taking a leading role in technical decision-making. - Led a 5-developer team that was building complex software systems from scratch, from architecture design and research through to implementation of detailed components. - Delivered tasks requiring both technological and data research, optimized performance of services, introducing new ideas and approaches to solve product-level and technical challenges. Projects: - Led the development of the NLU and conversational components of the OneReach.ai platform; designed and fine-tuned NLP models; developed services for model training and hosting. - Designed and developed several core components of the platform, including back-office tools, data version control systems, and other foundational services. - Built a file management system as part of the platform’s core functionality. - Created multiple bot applications within the OneReach.ai platform. Designed and developed the UI part of a complex management system for the communal property department of the Kyiv City State Administration using React.js.
Took ownership of the design and development of a system for testing and purchasing a 3D children’s kit of magnetic cubes. Built a WebGL application for displaying and interacting with dynamic 3D models, as well as a back office for 3D model management with version control.
