I lead multiple full-stack engineering teams building trading functionality on the WOVE platform in a cloud-native environment, managing teams across multiple locations/time zones. - Own the architecture and delivery of trading capabilities end-to-end - Lead distributed full-stack teams across backend services, APIs, and user-facing workflows - Build and modernize cloud-native microservices with Java and Spring Boot, with strong observability and operational rigor - Drive an event-driven architecture using Kafka for scalable, resilient workflow orchestration and asynchronous processing - Drive performance and scalability for latency-sensitive paths (throughput, resilience, peak-load readiness, SLA stability) - Partner with product, compliance, and senior leadership to translate complex requirements into reliable platform capabilities - Leverage AI-assisted engineering (e.g., Copilot, Windsurf) to accelerate design, development, testing, reviews, and documentation while maintaining high quality - Mentor engineers and enforce engineering standards that improve consistency, reliability, and delivery velocity across teams
