In this global role, I was responsible for end-to-end security of the leading UCaaS and Telco products provider in Nordics and Europe with more than 1M active users. I stayed close to the code, implementation and delivery of Telavox products, actively engaged with C-level external stakeholders and turned information, product and infrastructure security into a business enabler.
As Manager on the Cloud Infrastructure Security team of 11, I led the development of tooling, automation, and new products that ensure the security of Google Cloud Platform, observability of infrastructure, robust IAM and Authn/z, secure supply chain of Shopify and OSS products. As a tech lead and champion, I was instrumental in the shipping cloud security scanning of the critical infrastructure that powers all Shopify products and 2+ million of merchants on it, which led to the remediation of a large number of issues and massively improved the security posture. Led the company's first AI Security project with a focus on safeguarding GCP Vertex AI, generative ML and Shopify's own data platform which resulted in a company-wide initiative that redefined the entire field of AI security at Shopify.
