Responsible for the full F&B department, operations, development, and planning of all the properties of the biggest Hilton Focused service cluster in EMEA.
Performing my responsibilities as an F&B manager and assisting the GM in the daily operations of the hotel. In 2013 Hilton introduced the Hilton Garden Inn brand in Spain with HGI Seville as first of its kind in the country. During my two years in HGI Seville I assisted the GM and assumed the leading role during his absence. Also, I reinforced my Front Office skills covering the FOM position during 9 months.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. A luxury property with 7 different F&B outlets including one Michelin starred restaurant, “Santo by Martin Berasategui” and the most successful Rooftop Bar in the city. EME Catedral Hotel is the leader luxury hotel in Seville (Spain), a relatively small boutique hotel with only 60 rooms but with one of the largest F&B Operations in the city including not only the Michelin starred restaurant but also Japanese, Italian, Tapas and Mediterranean style outlets.
