Ignacio Otero is the Managing Partner of Bain & Company's business in Spain and Portugal. Project experience and results in: Corporate/BU strategy, M&A, Post-Merger Integration, Transformation and Implementation/PMO, Sales, Marketing and Brand strategy, Pricing & Rev Management, Commercial Effectiveness, Supply Chain and Operations, Complexity reduction, Purchasing and Cost optimization (ZBB), Digital Transformation Other past roles at Bain include responsibility over recruiting for Iberia office, global trainer and pro-bono projects for the NGO sector.
