About

Hi, I'm Ignacio Masari, a Software Engineer at EODC, where I implement AI and Machine Learning solutions for geospatial problems. I hold a PhD in remote sensing image processing from the University of Genoa, with a focus on Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR), hyperspectral, and multispectral data. My background bridges computer vision, remote sensing, and software engineering, with prior experience in medical image processing. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between research and operational workflows, using advanced AI and deep learning methods to monitor real-world processes. I’m always keen to engage with professionals in geospatial data science, AI, and remote sensing. Feel free to reach out, I'd be happy to connect and exchange ideas.
