Entrepreneur working on a new way for high schools students to choose their careers and onboard their higher education experience. Prior to McKinsey & Co. I served as a fellow at Teach for Argentina (TFA), where I worked full-time as an economics professor for high school students in low-income schools in Buenos Aires. After TFA I joined the Education Ministry as an Advisor of the Director General of Planning and Innovation and helped develop a curriculum reform for 400 schools. Additionally, I co-created and presided the Minkai Foundation which works for education quality for the most needed in northern Argentina. I am an economist from the Di Tella University of Buenos Aires and have recently graduated from the MPA/ID at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government on a full scholarship
• Supported an international health non-profit in the design and structure of an investment fund for health infrastructure in low and middle-income countries • Assisted a post-secondary education non-profit to determine their strategy towards a potential merger with another non-profit • Supported a large corporation to gather perspectives from key stakeholders in the field of maternal, infant, and young child nutrition on the role that the private sector – multinationals in particular – could play in bridging the current gaps. • Conducted a landscaping of investments in the field of agricultural finance for Africa and South Asia to support a large international non-profit • Helped a large corporation in a rural setting, to develop their Corporate Social Responsibility investment plan to support long term economic development, through strengthening the agriculture, retail and services, and tourism sectors
• Carried out the effective implementation of the Diploma Program of International Baccalaureate in 11 public schools in the City of Buenos Aires • Managed, designed and presented, in cooperation with PENSAR think-tank, the National Government Education Plan for Mauricio Macri, the recently elected President of Argentina. • Facilitated with a multi-disciplinary team a collaborative process of curriculum reform in secondary school with an impact in 168k students.
• Taught economics, management and entrepreneurship to more than 150 students in highly vulnerable context as a full-life professor. Selected as a role model for the transformational teachers investigation and for Teach for Argentina’s first book “El cambio empieza en el aula”.
