Having concluded a key strategic initiative at the University of Arizona department of systems and industrial engineering, I am channeling my expertise in Human-Centered Design into the critical evolution of semiconductor training and workforce development. I believe that the success of the microelectronics industry depends on more than just tech—it depends on intuitive, scalable learning ecosystems. I partner with organizations to transform technical complexity into streamlined, learner-centric experiences that drive results.
Designing modular learning experiences for a grant-funded program supporting high-technology semiconductor manufacturing workforce development. My work includes VR and desktop storyboarding, developing immersive learning sequences, and collaborating with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and external contractors to align technical accuracy with learner engagement.
Managed the accreditation and production of online learning experiences enabling healthcare teams to continue practicing at the top of their licenses.
