Process development engineer role requires working in multi-disciplinary teams consisting of R&D, Supply Chain, Customer Development (CD), Brand and 3rd parties in order to land product innovations, renovations, 5S and business critical projects on time and in full (OTiF). The Processing function is responsible for translating R&D lab designs into scable production within the various sourcing units. The role requires stronger business partnering with Share, Understand, Integrate, and Team (SUIT) teams at the various sourcing units to resolve issues, ensure OTIF implementation and introduce improvements along the value streams.
