Construction & Technical Affairs Department - Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects across all stadium facilities, sports complexes, training grounds, athlete residences, and amateur branch locations of Fenerbahçe Sports Club and its affiliated companies. - Preparing detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, technical drawings, and tender documentation; evaluating contractor proposals and supporting procurement and contract administration processes. - Managing project budgets, schedules, and technical documentation, including progress payment (hakediş) calculations, interim and final payment certificates, and cost control reports. - Coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved designs, technical standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. - Conducting regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, occupational safety, and compliance with project specifications. - Reviewing design revisions, verifying completed quantities, resolving on-site technical issues, and ensuring timely delivery of projects from concept through completion and handover.
Managing cost proposal preparation based on client requirements, planning and coordinating site operations, performing progress payment (interim payment) controls, and overseeing review and approval procedures in alignment with contractual terms.
Serving as Floor Construction and Progress Payment Engineer at the Acıbadem Medipol Hospital project executed by Berko Construction; performing on-site supervision of floor works, preparing quantity take-offs and measurement attachments (as-built records), tracking crew timesheets, and managing interim payment calculations in accordance with contract specifications for Protalya Firm.
Conducting on-site inspections for the Beşiktaş H.A.I.T. military housing project, consisting of residential quarters, three guesthouse buildings, and one library facility; monitoring construction activities and reporting progress based on work items and production stages.
