Responsible for overseeing all legal processes of Şölen Çikolata Gıda Sanayi A.Ş., as well as its group compaies. This includes the management of external and in-house legal counsel, coordination of litigation processes, contract drafting and negotiation, and providing written and verbal legal opinions to the company’s executive management. Participation in Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings when necessary, along with legal reporting and compliance oversight. • Managing domestic and international trademark and design registration processes, including renewals, oppositions, and overseeing trademark and patent offices. • Supervising the monitoring of competitors’ trademarks and designs through consultancy firms and managing trademark and design bulletins. • Handling legal inquiries from internal departments and ensuring the provision of necessary legal documents and opinions. • Implementing preventive legal measures to resolve critical consumer complaints before they escalate into disputes. • Preparing and monitoring the legal budget, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring financial alignment. • Acting as the Chair of the Disciplinary Committee, overseeing internal disciplinary procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies. • Providing legal training to internal departments, including education on patent regulations to the production unit to facilitate R&D incentives and patent applications. • Collaborating with relevant department heads to develop and implement internal company procedures in line with regulatory requirements. • Ensuring compliance with food regulations and legal requirements for the company’s operations. • Managing legal issues related to domestic and international road and air transportation for CBN Lojistik.
