From the very beginning of my professional journey, I have been passionate about learning new things and creating value by sharing knowledge. My experiences across different sectors have taught me the importance of discipline, as well as the ability to think flexibly and adapt quickly. I have had the opportunity to manage demanding project schedules and build processes from scratch. In these situations, my problem-solving skills and strong communication with teammates have been among my greatest strengths. During my time at Entertech, I gained firsthand experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, took an active role in various projects, and embraced responsibility. This period showed me how crucial it is to take initiative and adapt to change. Today, I am focused on continuous growth in both my professional and personal life, with a strong belief in the power of collaboration. I view every step of my career as an opportunity to learn and contribute. My main interests include biotechnology, pharmacology, and entrepreneurship. Staying up to date with developments in these fields, working on innovative ideas, and bringing diverse perspectives to projects are among my biggest motivations.
Guided 100+ entrepreneurial projects through funding cycles (TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, etc.), from proposal preparation to reporting, securing access to grants and investments. Supported entrepreneurs in business model development and funding applications and patent processes, while coordinating key program operations (events, training, consultancy). Improved efficiency by streamlining workflows and preparing performance reports for senior management to support data-driven decisions.
As part of my studies, I contributed to academic research in the laboratory of Associate Professor Fatih Ortakçı. My work involved supporting ongoing projects, conducting literature reviews, and collaborating with fellow researchers to advance innovative studies. This experience enhanced my research methodology, analytical thinking, and ability to work within an academic team environment.
Gained hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production processes (solid, liquid, and coating), including raw material preparation, formulation, and packaging operations. Applied GMP standards with a focus on hygiene, quality assurance, and process safety, while gaining familiarity with modern pharmaceutical equipment. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end manufacturing workflows.
Contributed to R&D projects on collagen and biomaterials by conducting laboratory experiments, applying analytical techniques (spectroscopy, chromatography, thermal analysis), and supporting data analysis and reporting. Collaborated with the R&D team to develop innovative and eco-friendly production processes.
Gained hands-on experience in production and laboratory processes, including the development, quality control, and optimization of radiopharmaceutical materials. Assisted in laboratory analyses (sample preparation, microbiological testing, data recording) while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Observed and contributed to production processes, gaining exposure to production planning, raw material management, and GMP procedures. Collaborated with R&D and production teams, strengthening technical knowledge and teamwork skills in biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical production.
