I'm an AI Growth & Operations Leader, and my work is about one thing: closing the gap between what an organization's technology can do and what its operations actually deliver. I've spent 10+ years inside Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, and operational transformation — building the infrastructure that makes ambitious companies perform. The pattern is consistent: vision is abundant. The operational infrastructure to realize it is not. So I build the architecture. Most recently, I designed and deployed Poli — a production-grade AI assistant for People & Culture teams, complete with real-time compliance risk detection, a conversational analytics dashboard, multi-region policy routing, and a live Slack escalation system. I built Poli because I wanted to demonstrate something specific: that AI transformation is an operator's work — not a technologist's. The leaders I want to work with understand that distinction. They're not looking for someone to evaluate AI vendors. They're looking for someone who can redesign how their organization operates around AI — and then execute it. That's the work I do.
