I was employed as a researcher at a biotech company from 2002 to 2004, where I designed and developed Blood Glucose Biosensor lines and oversaw the manufacturing processes and equipment. From 2005 to 2018, I worked as a staff engineer at Showa Denko HD Trace, serving as the manager of the Media Process Department. In process development, I focused on substrate, texture/mirror polishing, clean processes, sputter defect-related issues, buffing, tribology processes, and testing development. For new product qualification, I was the TPM responsible for the transition from R&D to mass production, which involved design, specification definition, troubleshooting, and yield improvement. I led the qualification of various new product samples: - 2.5" Glass/Al 0.5TB media - 3.5" Al 1TB NL media - 3.5" Al 1.4TB NL media Recognizing the growth potential in the EV market, I transitioned to ProLogium as the deputy director in charge of BD3 for the EV market. This role deepened my sensitivity to and knowledge of EV market dynamics and technology. Drawing on my previous experience at Showa Denko, I effectively managed and addressed the requirements of experts from various OEMs. This position enhanced my abilities in market analysis, customer development, technical cooperation, and IP license negotiation with OEM customers: 1. Market analysis: Conducting research on the EV market for future product strategy. 2. Business development: Focusing on markets in the EU, US, Japan, Southeast Asia, and China, with applications in BEV, e-BUS, e-Trucks, two-wheelers, e-Marine, rolling stock, and e-Aircraft. 3. Technical cooperation (joint ventures) and technical licensing with OEM customers.
