My career spans over 25 years of dedicated service within the structured cabling industry, starting out as an Engineer during the boom years of the 90's, before moving into management and 6 years later, finding my niche as a specialist provider of skilled labour throughout the UK and Europe.

Tasked to create and develop a Telecoms Contract division from scratch, which I grew to an annual turnover of £3.5M, before deciding to start my own business, to better and improve the way in which recruitment services are offered to clients and candidates alike.
Placing contractors within the rail, pharmaceutical and oil & gas sectors. My highlight was to negotiate CBSbutler onto the PSL of the pharmaceutical giant, Eli Lilly and filled numerous roles for them. I enjoyed being part of a successful team, but had a desire to recruit within the Telecom sector, where I could combine my technical knowledge and recruitment skills.
Managing teams of up to 40 Installation Engineers on several major structured cabling projects, ranging from 2,000 – 45,000 network points, mostly within the Financial sector. Started as an Engineer in 1998 and quickly progressed through the ranks to Site Manager of major projects. Also worked as a Support Engineer at Merril Lynch and Bank of America in my earlier years.
