I obsess over bringing quiet, great organizations into the radar of top talents. I make them win awards, and more importantly, win the war on talent. Right now, I’m doing it again - founding Talent Modular, a revolutionary HR company built on quality, not noise. It’s frustration turned into innovation, creativity fueled by a bit of crazy courage. Because the future I see? A world where traditional in-house HR is obsolete, and consulting-driven, on-demand HR is the new black. I am also part of the executive team at SAVii, a fintech company that successfully exited via acquisition. I continue to work with them, shaping the next phase of their journey with Tyme Group. Before this, I helped launch CIMB Bank, a multi-awarded digital retail bank in the Philippines. During my tenure, the company earned multiple employer brand accolades, including Best Employer Brand for 3 consecutive years and Top 100 Asia’s Best Employer Brands. My career spans banking, fintech, tech startups, e-commerce, business process management and outsourcing, and nonprofits. I’ve worked in fast-moving, high-growth companies, scaling HR from scratch and driving business transformations across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, and ASEAN. I was the first employee at SLK Global (SLK Group), a multinational technology company that later exited through acquisition. I set up their Philippines branch, became their CHRO, and joined the Board in 2017. I’ve also led HR, finance, risk, procurement, IT, and admin functions for the British Council. Somewhere along the way, I got recognized: Future-Ready CHRO Award, featured in a book about 50 HR leaders reimagining organizations, and had the privilege of working with some of the smartest people in the business. But awards don’t build companies...people do. And that’s what I do best.
