I bring a strong background in Architecture and am currently immersed in the construction industry, where I’ve managed major projects across three geopolitical zones in Nigeria. To further deepen my expertise, I’ve embarked on an extensive learning journey, completing over 20 courses in Construction Management, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management. I’m committed to continuous growth in these areas. With experience managing construction projects valued at over N1.5 billion in both the private and public sectors, I have a comprehensive understanding of project scope, planning, timelines, regulations, resource allocation, technical feasibility, progress tracking, and portfolio management. I am also well-versed in detailed reporting, documentation, and other critical aspects of construction project success. Outside of the built space, I am a passionate sports enthusiast with coaching experience, having served as the faculty coach at Covenant University and as an assistant coach at Clique Soccer Academy and a local secondary school. This passion has inspired me to create a sports podcast, "Between The Lines."I am also a guest on daily sports radio shows on Top Radio 90.9FM, Lagos and Vibes 97.3FM, Benin. On a personal note, one of my goals is to become a polyglot, so I’m currently learning French and German. I also have an eclectic taste in music and am a voracious reader, always exploring new genres and ideas.
Led end-to-end operational oversight for RF Gardens, spanning landscaping maintenance, construction support, horticulture retail, logistics, and client service delivery across multiple sites. Designed and implemented operational workflows, SOPs, and reporting structures, improving task clarity, accountability, and execution speed across field and office teams. Coordinated daily field operations, including scheduling, site supervision, deployment of tools and materials, and adherence to service-level agreements with clients. Developed project scope involving financier & ensuring technical feasibility and resource allocation in excess of N400million. Urbanized a 100% detailed project plan to track progress. Initiated appropriate verification techniques to manage 65% changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Established relationships with about 30 vendors. Created a 100% comprehensive project documentation.
