Intervention on our Process machine (PARAMIX) resolving problems with Brix and CO2 concentration flunctuations 2. Intervention on our Filler solving series of problems ranging from erratic filling, communication problems, modification of programs to suit operational SOPs. 3. Intervention of Blowmoulder (BLOMAX) problems on preform transport malfunction with proper alignment and timing done. 4. Full installation of 5 different Innofil Filler machines (2 can fillers - 45,000bph and 24,000bph respectively, 2 PET fillers- 20,000bph monobloc + Gassner capper and 45,000bph + Rinser + Gassner respectively, 1 RGB filler - 50,000bph) 5. Installation of Ferrum seamer 45,000 bph capacity 6. Installation of 2 Blowmoulder machines (BLOMAX) - 1 monobloc and 1 standalone 7. IO checks, safety checks, commissioning and FAT on our glass filler 50,000bph 8. Series of Overhauls and maintenance done which greatly improved efficiency 9.
