Data & decision science | Player behavior, game economy, decisions under ambiguity | Ex-Scopely / GSN Games

About

I turn large-scale customer behavior into decisions, from the executive team to customer support. • 6.5 years at GSN Games / Scopely (Bingo Bash, GSN Casino and others): player analytics for millions of users, personalization, experimentation, LTV modeling, game economy • Deep dives into 5+ very different games over my career, treating players as decision-makers: how, when and why they act explains data that looks inconclusive otherwise • My analyses repeatedly changed how teams understood their game's economy, session dynamics and platform differences, and with that, product and user acquisition decisions • Helped hire and mentored 10+ analysts in several countries • 2.5 years in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2024–2026). Not many details can be shared for security reasons • Before Scopely: built and led data science and analytics teams (Ocean.io: text-mining ML pipelines at web scale; Elyland: browser games) • Hands-on: Python, machine learning, experimentation What I do best: deciding what matters in a flood of behavior data and turning it into something leadership can act on. Often the job was to find a method where the standard playbook didn't fit: new games, new apps, thin data. Open to strategic roles in data, product analytics and AI-driven decision-making at US and European companies. I'm staying in Ukraine by choice, not relocating: remote, or hybrid/in-office if you have an office here.
