I currently lead product management at Sanabil Ventures, where I work across early-stage ventures to define strategy, shape product roadmaps, and launch new products in market. Before that, I co-founded and led Cashew, a BNPL fintech that played a key role in transforming consumer finance in the GCC. From early-stage discovery to post-launch scale, I've built teams, shipped products, and delivered growth. At Sanabil Venture Studio, I lead product management across multiple ventures from zero to one. My role spans the entire lifecycle of venture creation - validating opportunities, defining product strategy, building prototypes and MVPs, and guiding teams through product-market fit. I work closely with founders, entrepreneurs in residence, designers, engineers, and data teams to shape high-impact products in fintech, e-commerce, and digital experiences. Worked on the design and delivery of B2B finance products under the Al Hail Holding and Orix Corporation joint venture. - Participated in the development of a B2B charge card product from concept to pilot launch. - Led the design, development, and delivery of a seller financing product in partnership with Noon, enabling working capital access for merchants on their e-commerce platform.
Led product development for digital payment and identity initiatives with UAE government entities under MBME Group, a semi-governmental organization listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Delivered several flagship public-sector projects, including: - Dubai Police: digitalized fine payment and management infrastructure to enable online and kiosk-based collections. - Dubai Courts: streamlined service payments and digital access to judicial services. - RTA (Road and Transport Authority): supported the design and implementation of the parking payment collection system within the RTA mobile application. - UAE Pass: contributed to the early development and integration of the national digital identity ecosystem, now adopted across federal and local entities. Worked closely with government stakeholders, technology vendors, and internal engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital payment experiences across the UAE.
