    TeknoSa is one of the major technology retail company which has 284 stores in Turkey. My main responsibilies were; • Starting the home delivery project with a project team • Launching delivery and installation system which provides fast and easy maintenance from services to customer adresses • Stabilizing all the infrastructures and operational processes • Providing fast and sound delivery from central Warehouse(WH) and regional WHs to stores and end users • Controlling 3PL’s constantly which delivered our products.
