I currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Aayan Real Estate Company, a public shareholding company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange with a total paid-up capital of KD 41.5 million, a position I have held since 2013. I have also been a member of the company’s Board of Directors since 2018. In addition to my role at Aayan, I serve as the Deputy Chairman of Anan Real Estate Finance Company and as a Board Member of both Hajar Tower Real Estate Company and The Spot Real Estate Company in Egypt. Earlier in my career, I served as the Chief Executive Officer of Abyaar Qatar Real Estate Company and as Chairman of Inshaa Holding Company, which specializes in construction materials. Between 2005 and 2011, I worked at Al-Madar Finance and Investment Company, where I held positions within both the Real Estate and Investment Departments. During that period, I was also appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Pack N Move Holding Company, a subsidiary of Al-Madar Finance and Investment Company. I began my professional career with Agility, where I worked as a Site Engineer, gaining valuable hands-on experience in engineering and project execution. Beyond my executive responsibilities, I am actively involved in professional and industry organizations. I currently serve as the Chairman of the Kuwait Real Estate Association, and I am a Board Member of both the Kuwait Engineers Association and the Kuwait Real Estate Evaluators Association. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
