As A QA/QC site manager at SODIC, I oversee the quality assurance and compliance of various construction projects, ranging from residential compounds to commercial buildings and hotels. I have more than 2 years of experience in this role , 3 years as a team leader and over 3 years as a senior quality control engineer in different construction projects. My core competencies include performing site surveillance , inspect materials and activities, handing over units to clients, taking corrective actions, supporting final inspections , attending kickoff meetings and handling handover . Im passionate about delivering high-quality results that meet the client’s expectations and the project specifications. Responsibilities: • Established quality assurance plan for the project, resulting in adherence to company policy and project contractual conditions. • Audited QA/QC plans of subcontractors, harmonizing team as an integrated part of the company quality plan. • Reviewed the work progress on daily basis, prepared internal and external reports pertaining to job status, and planned to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. • Evaluate quality pre-tendering submissions of consultants and contractors. • Reviewed design and shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • manage the handover process as a quality checkpoint prior to the handing over delivery process and the support provided to the customer service during the delivery time frame, to assure that the quality of the projects delivered will meet the clients’ satisfaction Prepared daily progress reports and implemented project quality and safety plans. • Inspection and release of units as per quality standard. • Managed the distribution of QA related documents on site resulting in a streamlined and efficient quality control system. • Attend handing over to the clients with the Handover team. • Coordinate with the development department before the project execution. • Coordinated with project teams to establish execution methods and research measures to improve quality resulting in significant cost savings for the company. • Coordinating with the handover department with the construction progress through weekly meetings.
