I'm responsible for leading the health, safety, and environmental programs at organizations to reduce accidents and other injuries that are related to work. Design and monitor safety programs using data trends and make necessary changes to the program such as increasing safety measures when needed. Planning, organizing staffing, and directing is the fourth managerial function it is that part of the management process that guides, inspires, instructs, and harnesses people to work effectively and efficiently to achieve the goals. Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company's HSE Systems and Operational Management. Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provides for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. Department budgeting, stakeholder/shareholders meetings & reporting, Overseas policy follow-up & reporting, online meeting attend, yearly policy review, KPI management, department requirement. Liaison maintained with the local government, police stations, fire services, and hospitals.
✓ Analyze engineering problems, apply technical expertise and engineering judgment, and produce innovative solutions through the use of complex interactive computer systems to meet legal and management objectives. ✓ Design safety training programs for employees, ensure response to all specific requirements, maintain knowledge of all company safety programs, and draft all materials for training programs within the required timeframe. ✓ Identification and assessment of potential hazards specific to the underground environment. ✓ Comprehensive Training (Emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid training., Recognition and handling procedures for potential hazards, such as falling objects, cave-ins, or gas leaks., Proper usage and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in tunnels.). ✓ Regular Inspections (Structural stability of the tunnel to detect any signs of cracks, leaks, or other damages., Proper functioning of ventilation systems to ensure adequate air quality and circulation., Availability and functionality of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers and rescue gear.). throughout the work area., Clear and visible signage indicating emergency exits, escape routes, and potential hazards. ✓ Reliable and durable communication devices that can withstand the challenging conditions in tunnels. ✓ Clear protocols for communication, including emergency codes and contact lists. ✓ Regular testing and maintenance of communication equipment to ensure optimal performance. ✓ Develop and recommend improvements to all Quality Management Systems develop and implement efficient global operations emergency response plans and ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations. ✓Equipment operation and maintenance guidelines to guarantee workers can handle machinery safely and effectively.
