I co-founded BoldForge, a compliance tracker for disconnected temporary assets. In upstream oil and gas, field crews rely on temporary equipment that moves fast, takes hits, and often operates in hazardous areas—yet verifying if it’s certified and safe to use is still a manual, unreliable process. We built BoldForge to change that. Our wireless tags embed inspection and certification data directly onto the asset, making it instantly verifiable in the field—even without internet. The system is rated to IK10 for impact resistance (withstands 5 kg from 40 cm), certified for use in Class 1 Div 2 hazardous areas, and designed to give operators and service providers instant confidence in the gear they use every day.
