With more than 40 years’ experience across Managed Services, Managed Print, IT Services and business transformation, I have built a career around helping organisations scale, modernise and create long-term enterprise value. As Managing Director of Right Digital Solutions for over six years, I led the business through a significant period of transformation following its divestment from Capita PLC in 2020. Working closely with the leadership team, I helped redefine the company’s strategy, operational structure and market positioning, delivering sustained growth, improved operational performance and high levels of customer retention across the B2B sector. My background spans senior operational, commercial and leadership roles across OEM, reseller and private equity-backed environments, including Operations Director at Capita Workplace Technology and leadership positions within one of Europe’s largest Managed Print Services providers. Throughout my career I have been involved in more than 25 acquisitions, supporting organisations through due diligence, integration, operational optimisation and post-acquisition growth. I am particularly passionate about operational excellence, business transformation, M&A advisory, service-led growth and helping organisations navigate change with clarity and momentum. My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on building high-performing teams, improving customer outcomes and creating scalable operational frameworks. Today, alongside advisory and mentoring work, I continue to support businesses across managed services, SaaS and technology sectors with growth strategy, transformation and value creation initiatives.

Following a successful divestment from Capita PLC in 2020, Right Digital Solutions was created to provide a full suite of technical solutions under a fully managed service to the B2B market.
Responsible for UK & ROI Contact Centers, Support teams, National Training Center and developing 400+ engineers to produce consistently high quality output.
Reporting into the Executive Board, tasked with creating a winning, professional and dynamic bid team. Utilising in-depth knowledge of the print industry, latest technology and commercial acumen to drive up new business win rate.
Our aim is to prevent exclusions through highly-experienced teaching for children who struggle in mainstream schools. The school opened in September 2013 providing a unique high-quality alternative education for youngsters aged 11-16, who for a variety of reasons may not be succeeding in a conventional classroom environment. We also offer a specialist behaviour advice service tailored to meeting the needs of pupils, parents and schools.
