I acquired the business in 2012 after a financial turnaround and repositioned it as an enterprise software business selling to clients globally. As owner, CEO and CFO I shaped the business, looked after the financial performance and led the sales, including building channels and partnerships in the UK, Australia, Europe, USA and Latin America. I exited the business after a successful trade sale.
