I have twenty-five years of experience working as a partner in global professional service firms, leading finance and compliance outsourcing service lines, working on the design and implementation of several major finance and tax function transformation programmes and using my professional coaching qualifications to mentor partners, directors and staff. During my career, I have worked for prolonged periods in Europe, India, US and Australia where I have established shared service operations and have facilitated large-scale outsourcing strategy, design and implementation projects. I have a degree in law, am a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and have a Masters degree in Major Programme Management from the Said Business School, University of Oxford.
