Responsibility to drive sales and promote the company's offerings within the community bar and event sector. My responsibilities include: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets for community bars and events. 2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with community bar owners, event organizers, and relevant stakeholders to foster partnerships and drive business growth. 3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the community bar and event industry, including partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations. 4. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value propositions to potential clients, highlighting how they can enhance community bar experiences and events. 5. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, addressing their needs and aligning the company's offerings to their requirements. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. 8. Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance data, prepare regular reports, and present findings to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. 10. Travel: Depending on the company's scope, there may be a requirement to travel to various community bars and events for sales meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Managing, growing and protecting over 350 On Premise accounts in the eastern region. Ensuring the correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and the Red Bull product portfolio in the relevant territory. Negotiate and execute events and activations as well as search for opportunities to implement creative elements that drive Red Bull’s brand image. Critical analysis of the territory and account to find opportunities and to drive distribution. Set volume goals with each account that includes execution against Red Bull KPI’s Drive cooperation with the local Distributor’s Sales Force in order to reach an adequate numeric distribution. Routinely perform staff training in all accounts to ensure brand understanding, perfect serve, and encourage optimum pricing.
Responsible for building the local face of Red Bull in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities of the brand. Building strong local networks including opinion-leaders and key influencers both online (social media) and offline. Creating and implementing marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) leveraging On Premise, Off Premise and New Business opportunities to address local needs and customs, therefore impacting the heart of local consumers. Planning and executing of all Red Bull and third party events.
Representing Red Bull in the region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that develops a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Gas Stations, Convenience, and Kiosks accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.
