I am a highly experienced self-motivated, professional Training Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in delivering and developing Training Solutions and over 40 years in the automotive industry. I have delivered Electric Vehicle Training and Assessment, Technical, Sales, After Sales and Management Training including process and soft skills training. I am assessor qualified and have carried out TNA’s and Final assessments to all levels of staff. I have worked with many well-known brands during my Training Career. I believe that Trainee involvement is paramount for a positive outcome and therefore adapt a Discovery Learning Style. I believe my feedback demonstrates the passion I bring to all of my training.     03/12/2012 – 30/09/20 - Redundancy (RTS Consultants, Osbourne Purdie – Tupe’ Transfer) My current role is to work with the 44 Nissan dealerships in the Northern region of the UK. In my role, I work with the Dealership to improve business performance in key areas of their operation, these are Sales, Service and Management. This involves working with the Dealer Principle, Line Managers, Sales Consultants, and Aftersales staff. A TNA was used for all staff to identify current strengths and future training requirements. This is followed by three levels of Training, Induction, Core and Annual. These are delivered as Face to Face, VCT, & eLearning. The training was delivered at the Dealership or regional venue. Finally, I generate report information for Nissan GB, to show business value for the training curriculum, this is completed via the in-place reporting mechanism. I am also responsible for supporting the Dealership in the administration of the Learning Management System for new and existing staff along with ensuring Course Bookings. All the Training is based around the NISSAN SALES & SERVICE WAY program.
