Deputy HSSE Manager / HSSE Manager – Petrofac International Limited (Oman) – Engineering, Procurement and Construction (Project Value $800 Million) Client – British Petroleum • Development, implementation and management of HSSE standards for Petrofac Oilfield Service’s main Engineering, Procurement and Construction project in Oman. • Continuous interaction at all levels to develop, maintain and communicate the HSSE component of the business management system for the management of a wide range of construction processes, including: construction management, core and supporting processes (e.g. engineering, construction & commissioning). Oversee day to day management of HSSE for construction activities. HSSE Manager – Petrofac International Limited (Iraq) – Engineering and Operations Services (Project Value $78 Million) • The technical authority within the project for security, ensuring business unit, divisional group requirements are widely and consistently understood and implemented. • Development and Implementation of the Project HSSE Plan, all associated Plans and documentation. • Monitor changes to legislative requirements, Standards and Codes of Practice relevant to the work activities undertaken on the project and adjust the Project HSSE Plan accordingly. • Provides specialist advice to Project Management to assist in the development and implementation of Policies, Plans and Procedures.
