Developed a statewide land use data set from address data by leveraging an API built on the United States Postal Services' Ribbs (now PostalPro) database to differentiate between businesses and residences. Created a conflation process using Python (ArcPy) to transfer data between various transportation networks. This process allowed previously impossible comparisons between historical traffic speed and count data to modeled outcomes.
