Directed the rehabilitation of a distressed outdoor farm in Oklahoma. Implemented SOPs including procedures and standards to grow the company. Developed a franchising roadmap designed to expand the operation into other cities and states. ➜ Cultivated 21,780 sq. ft. (1/2 acre) of outdoor and a 2,000 sq. ft. greenhouse using hybrid indoor techniques to increase quality and yield. Outdoor flower quality exceeded the state average by 36%. ➜ Managed and educated a staff of 35 on proprietary growing techniques and procedures. This led to a reduction of mold (Botrytis) losses by 93% over other farms in the region.
