Providing Technical Services, Maintenance Planning, Technical Records and Technical Publications support for a mixed fleet of fixed and rotary wing aircraft from Boeing, Gulfstream, BAE and Sikorsky. Key functions include Compliance and continued airworthiness, asset management, vendor management and selection.
Senior Manager role providing management of all Technical, Continued Airworthiness and maintenance Planning functions (short and long-term); such as the preparation and gaining regulatory approval of Maintenance Schedules; control and development of the short to medium term maintenance plan as well as the long-term strategic plan; control and review of maintenance documentation for 12 aircraft types, including Boeing, Gulfstream, BAE Systems, Sikorsky and Bell. Evaluation of regulatory and technical documentation, preparation of CMR, C of A renewals, Export C of A, Registrations, and de-Registrations. Examples of recent activities include the entry into service of a B767-400, B747-400 and a Gulfstream G650, storage, and retirement of Boeing and Gulfstream aircraft, including the transfer of ownership and most recently the completion of a B747-400 D check and Ku Satcom installation. Achieved through the effective management of a team of 10 engineers and assistants working under FAA, EASA and BCAA Regulations and the development and control of vendor contracts for services such as CAMO support, MRO activities and records administration. In addition to the oversight and implementation of multiple modification programs, APU and engine workshop visits. This role also deputises for the Manager Engineering Services and acts as Organisational Duty Manager on a rotational basis.
