I am a highly ambitious UEFA Pro Licence Coach and Coach Educator who has established an impressive portfolio of achievements through my roles with Steel Soccer, Football Association of Wales, FAW Trust and as Manager of Aberystwyth Town FC. As a forward thinking and innovative Manager and Coach, I have amassed a wealth of experience since commencing on the coaching pathway in 1998 and I have contributed to tangible on-field success at a number of sporting organisations. Furthermore I am a proactive professional who is a mentorship figure to players and coaches, I am adept in delivering UEFA coaching qualification courses and I possess a proven track record as an Opposition Analysis Scout for the Football Association of Wales.
