Operations manager for the Flight Test Centre of Excellence (FTCE) conducting courses in "Night Vision Goggle (NVG) Maintenance" and "Introduction to NVG operations" and, under contract to the Canadian Aerospace Engineering and Test Establishment (AETE), "Introduction to Flight Test". Business Development for third party clients targeting federal government business including Selex and QinetiQ. Developed and conducted the first Canadian civil/military national conferences in Night Vision operations and Human Factor Engineering. Contracted to the Alberta Government to produce business cases for five development streams in its new Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS) strategy. Delivered a compliant bid response for a client on the Contracted Aerospace Training Support (CATS) Request for Proposal. Delivered a Governance Framework for the Contracted Flying Training and Support (CFTS) PPP primary, multi-engine and helicopter pilot training program.
