I manage a group of talented individuals who serve on our help desk, warehouse management system, and ERP platform support. I am also responsible for the smooth operation of our Cisco network infrastructure, VMware environments, IBM Power 8, and Nutanix cluster in three different warehouses.
Responsible for managing the network (LAN/WAN), infrastructure, telephony, server (Virtual, SAN/NAS, and physical) and backup operations for three different sites. Also responsible for budgeting/projecting and researching/recommending new technologies, and managing staff. Summarized current technologies implemented/support are VMware ESX 6x, VMware View 5, EMC NX4, NetApp FAS 2240s, Cisco 2960, 3850, ASA 5505/10/15/20/25s, Meraki APs, Cisco 5508 WAC and CleanAir APs, Windows Server 2003/08/12, and Ubuntu 12.04. Telephony is Lync 2013. Also manage cloud-based Office 365 w/SharePoint 2016, Exchange 2016, Unified Messaging, Auto Attendants, and Response Group. Currently implementing Anywhere365 for call center metrics. Vast experience from the days of DOS 3.31 and ARCNet to current technologies. Many years of project management of small and large-scale projects, testing, vendor relationships, leadership, business continuity/DR, hiring, mentoring, and unbelievable customer service and loyalty.
