About

As an executive leader and social worker, I specialize in transforming global social impact organizations through human-centered design and strategic reform. I have led multisystemic change across Guatemala, India, Moldova, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Uganda and I adore serving children, families, and communities around the world. As an international adoptee, my commitment to dignity and wholeness is both professional and personal. I believe in the power of brave conversations to build resilient community services. My approach integrates clinical rigor - grounded in my MSW from the Brown School at Washington University - with advanced leadership frameworks. I am dedicated to moving beyond deficit-based labels toward a For-Impact model that prioritizes family preservation and ethical child protection.
