I lead SAP and non-SAP programmes that transform our clients' operations. Working as a trusted partner with a broad range of multinational businesses, I am responsible for leading digital and organisational change programmes, such as complex SAP implementations, with the end goal of enabling business development or providing large scale improvements in how our client's business operates. I have 20+ years’ experience, specialising in leading cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver projects across the Enterprise. Key skills include shaping propositions in the pre-sales cycle and providing advisory services, through to delivering a programme of work, embedding the change within the business and liaising as account manager on an on-going basis.
