In the last years I’ve held several roles which have helped me to consolidate a wide expertise on leading the design, development and delivery of collaboration tools, content management solutions, intranet and search-driven portals, custom-made integrations and applications leveraging cloud services from the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms. I'm used to working on Agile projects, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams, whether on-shore or off-shore.
• Responsible for steering the technical design and delivery of collaboration tools, content management solutions, intranet and search-driven portals, custom-made integrations and applications leveraging cloud services from Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure (PaaS). • Supporting Product Owners to elaborate backlogs by defining functional and technical requirements based on the stakeholder’s needs, and giving them technical advice on RFI and RFP processes. • Driving proof-of-concepts to help Product Owners to conceptualize solutions at an early stage. • Elaborating technical solution proposals and architecture specifications documents. • Responsible for overseeing and supporting outsourced development teams while developing and delivering solutions for the organization. • Helping the organization to set up development teams by conducting technical interviews.
• Leading the development and the delivery of collaboration tools, content management solutions, intranet portals, custom-made integrations and applications built on top of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, and leveraging cloud services (PaaS) from Microsoft Azure. • Responsible for supporting the development team with: o Breaking functional and/or technical requirements down into user stories and/or tasks. o Applying development standards and best practices defined by the organization. o Performing continuous code quality inspections leveraging SonarQube and integration testing using Azure DevOps. o Automating deployments to SharePoint Online using remote provisioning techniques. o Mentoring of less experienced team members. • Elaborating technical documentation. • Helping the organization to hire additional developers by conducting technical interviews.
• Designing and developing web components for content management solutions, intranet and search- driven portals based on SharePoint Server. • Installing and managing SharePoint Server farms. • Upgrading SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010 farms to SharePoint Server 2013.
At the Municipal Institute of Information Technology (IMI) I was responsible for troubleshooting and solving a vast number of technical incidents on the Autoritas inspection system, keeping stakeholders informed on their status in a proactively and in an efficient manner
I collaborated with the Network Engineering department on building a monitoring tool for IP and MPLS networks aimed at network traffic forecasting.
